Charming, indeed! Just a hop away from all the flashy spots. I relished the delightful breakfast while dodging the cheerful pest population and staff busy on their phones. Hygiene? Oh, it must have been on vacation too! 🎭.

it was convenient and fairly clean hotel, exactly as described, with well experienced staff and magnificent location near the airports. the room was neat, had exceptionally comfortable and included an electric kettle and refrigerators. location: the property was close to local shops, and terminal 1.

The rooms were brand-new with a queen size bed. The breakfast was marvelous. We liked the wake-up service available. The hotel's location was easy and magnificent, adjacent to Navi Mumbai, other Ginger outlets, and the domestic airport.

Personal care items were plentiful, and the overall decor was lovely. the security team's honesty in returning lost money added a personal touch to the hospitality.

The location was perfect and the new building was impressive. The sleek check-in process and accommodating staff, especially at the bar, made my wife and me feel welcome. the noisy rooms and overwhelmed check-in staff detracted from the overall experience. The outlook of the Ginger brand has taken a positive turn with this upgrade, akin to Ibis.

While my room felt quite compact and lacked a minibar, the breakfast was satisfying, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. They even offered me a room to freshen up before my late flight. A mixed experience overall!
